Our mission is to provide the educational environment in our massage courses (Massage Therapy and Bodywork programs) that enhance the education and personal enrichment of all students.
The Comprehensive Massage Therapist program is an enhanced massage course for the field of massage therapy based on the Therapeutic Massage Technician program. In addition to the massage courses offered in the Therapeutic Massage Technician program, a variety of specialized massage courses focusing on the needs of individuals have been added.
The objective of the School's course for massage is to provide the student with the necessary knowledge and technique to maintain a career in performing a comprehensive massage, focusing on specific needs, consistent with alleviating a client's complaint or condition.
Upon successful completion of this program, the graduate will receive a diploma and is prepared for a new career in the field of massage therapy, utilizing their comprehensive massage therapist skills.
Note: Pennsylvania massage employees are aware that currently the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has no specific regulations for those practicing as massage therapists. Students graduating from massage courses should be aware that regulations vary from state to state and the Pennsylvania massage student is responsible for meeting the training requirements in the state he/she wishes to practice.
